WNA Board’s Position on Zoning Bill SB1117

On behalf of the Willo Neighborhood Association, I am writing to inform you WE OPPOSE SB1117. This bill seeks massive, wholesale changes to zoning ordinances in Arizona – ordinances that have historically served to provide Arizona families with safe, healthy, and accessible living conditions – and seeks to strip everyday Arizonans of the right to participate in decisions affecting their own neighborhoods.
