If you have a Short-Term Rental or are thinking about it, the City of Phoenix has revised its requirements…

The City now requires annual permits for all existing and new Short-Term Rentals. The permits require the owner/agent/representative to notify all adjacent neighbors as well as the neighborhood association. Also, there must be a sign with the name, phone number, and email address of the owner/agent/representative posted within 10 feet of the main entrance. There are some potentially large fines for non-compliance.
