3rd Avenue Construction Update

Details

As the paving on 3rd Avenue nears completion, the next steps will be:

One way-One lane configuration
Installation of 2 WAY bike path
Re-installation of speed humps
Final completion of utility work
Installation of STOP signs at Encanto Blvd/3rd Avenue
Finalization of the elements of the traffic circle at Encanto Blvd along with the surrounding 4 corners, protecting the existing palm trees (NE Corner) and completion of the underground utility work.

The above process is slated to take 90 days with July 1^st, 2024 target completion.
