The City of Phoenix no longer offers a scheduled quarterly bulk trash pick-up. You must now contact the city to arrange for bulk trash collection.

The Willo Neighborhood Association has arranged for a special dispensation to keep our streets clean by allowing bulk items in the alleys. Still, you must call to make an appointment. When using the online scheduler, the system may not know where to send the truck, so it’s essential:

If you encounter any problems when calling the city, remind them of our neighborhood’s agreement with Gisella Gonzalez, Solid Waste Supervisor. If they still resist, please note the name of the employee you spoke with and share this information with me, along with your name and address, via DM or by calling/texting me at 602-690-1400.

To facilitate the bulk pick-up and for Block Watch purposes, it’s a good idea to display your house number on your alley wall.
