3rd/5th Ave. January 9th, 2025 Update

3rd Avenue:

  1. Traffic change pattern sites have been installed (temporary) to alert drivers to the changes on 3rd navigating around the Calming Traffic Circle on 3rd now that the STOP signs are installed.
  2. Awaiting some final striping and minor last finishing touches, and 3rd will be complete.

5th Avenue:

  1. Major construction is now underway, and this will continue for several weeks.
  2. Please expect minor inconveniences and closures, as 5th Avenue is a major project.
  3. Expected completion near or before April. Please note: NO modifications to the 5th Avenue Encanto Blvd Traffic calming circle will occur, and eventually, expect STOP signs to be installed here as well.

As a gentle reminder, the Willo Neighborhood Treasury does not pay a penny for this project.
