Additional time required to review comments

Due to the volume of comments received on the Draft Environmental Assessment (DEA), the document will not be completed in time for the February 18, 2027, publication cycle. Additional time is required to review and address the comments, as well as evaluate alternative courses of action for several environmentally sensitive areas. As a result of these additional coordination and review requirements, the project has been rescheduled for the June 10, 2027, publication cycle.
