Here is an update for the activities along 5^th Ave.

5^th Avenue

Paving activities started this week. As mentioned previously, paving operations is impacted by the colder temperatures that have been experienced this week. As a result, the actual paving has started later in the day which resulted in an extended duration of this activity.

As of today, the project team identified water leaks under the section of 5th Ave south of Encanto Blvd that still needs to be paved. We are coordinating with the Water Services Department for those repairs to be made before paving is complete. Paving is anticipated to resume and be completed early next week. Installation of speed humps will follow the paving operations.
