Second incident of vandalism on Windsor Ave.

As many of you are aware, a second incident of vandalism occurred on the same property on Windsor Avenue over the weekend. Such acts of vandalism are unacceptable, and are not welcome anywhere in our City. The City of Phoenix Police Department are investigating this incident as a “hate crime.” Officer Ben Harris will update the Willo Community during this Thursday’s Willo Monthly Neighborhood Association ZOOM meeting. Please be kind to one another.
