PROPERTY TAX REDUCTION

The Arizona State Historic Preservation Act of 1978 authorized a reduction in property tax assessment for non-income-producing historic property that is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. If you're interested in learning more, click below for documentation.

HISTORIC PRESERVATION

Tricia Amato (Lewis), a City of Phoenix Historic Preservation Commissioner, has written a regular column about historic preservation for our neighborhood publication, Inside Willo, called Living (in) History. We have reproduced them on our website as helpful resources for our new neighbors... enjoy!
