Dogtopia Zoning Hearing

A zoning adjustment hearing for Dogtopia at 520 W. McDowell is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Phoenix City Council Chambers, 200 W. Jefferson, Lower Level. Mr. Henry Jennings, the applicant for the proposed Dogtopia facility, is offering the opportunity for any interested board members and neighbors to tour a nearby Dogtopia facility prior to the Sept. 19th hearing.

The Zoning Adjustment Hearing for Dogtopia at 520 W. McDowell is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Phoenix City Council Chambers, 200 W. Jefferson, Lower Level (PLEASE NOTE: The Hearing location has changed). It is unlikely there will be a continuance, so please attend on Sept. 19th if you’d like to speak at the hearing or submit a comment card. 

You can also make your feelings known by sending an email to zoning@phoenix.gov at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. Please reference ZA-404-19-4 in the subject line of your email. 

Mr. Henry Jennings, the applicant for the proposed Dogtopia facility, is extending the opportunity for any interested board members and neighbors to tour a nearby Dogtopia facility prior to the Sept. 19th hearing (see below). 

This is not a Willo-sponsored event, and it may be helpful to anyone interested in learning more about this business, but we are assisting with communication of information to stakeholders.
