Sidewalk Ramp Repairs on 7th Avenue This Summer

The Portland Cement Concrete Repair Program is a citywide effort to replace concrete sidewalk ramps throughout the Valley of the Sun. The city of Phoenix recently awarded a contract to TALIS Construction Corp. to replace the sidewalk ramps on both sides of 7th Avenue between I-10 and Thomas Road. Construction is scheduled for this summer. Construction work hours will be 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; hours will vary with seasonal changes. Construction crews may work evenings and weekends, if needed.
