BOA Zoning Update

The Board of Adjustment (BOA) voted 4 to 3 on March 3rd to uphold the Zoning Adjustment Hearing Officer’s decision to allow a 5 foot view (pool) fence in the front yard, 3 foot is the maximum city code and HP limit. The Willo Board voted unanimously at their March meeting to ask that the BOA reconsider their vote and rehear the appeal. our request for reconsideration will be heard by the BOA at their April meeting. If the BOA votes to rehear, the reconsidered appeal will be held at their May meeting.
